Dance Trance Club
Trance dance is a physical meditation that incorporates body, mind and soul. The class starts with meditation where students can forget about their stresses and focus on their relaxation. After students are in this deep state of mind, they are guided through movement that builds in tempo and intensity.
There are no set steps or routines, there is just the chance to let your body be free and move without judgement. By the end of the session students feel like their body and mind has had a workout.
